What these terms cover
These terms describe use of the KAGAT Android app and the site kagat.app. Personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Who can use KAGAT
KAGAT is for teachers, school administrators and independent teachers. Pupils do not create an account and do not use the app: they answer on a response card.
What the service does
KAGAT lets you prepare an assessment, collect a group’s answers by scanning cards, and read the results. The app works offline. Data syncs when the connection returns.
The app is free, with no advertising and no sale of data. It is available on Android through Google Play.
The account and the data you enter
The person who creates an account is responsible for the information they enter, especially information about pupils. Enter only what the assessment needs.
The account is deleted in the app: Profile, then Delete my account. The privacy policy explains what that removes.
Expected use
KAGAT is for teaching and assessment. It may not be used for an unlawful activity, or to bypass access controls or the security of the service.
Content
Assessments, classes and results created in the app remain those of the school or teacher who entered them. The name KAGAT, the app and the site content belong to their authors.
Availability
KAGAT is a first version of an education project. The service is provided as it is available, and it may change. The date at the top of this page changes when these terms are updated.
